Hi Darrian, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my career from being a model into photography through a vigorous drive to live my dreams and following my passion to show everyone the amount of beauty i can of them that they’ve possibly couldn’t.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For my experience it was both bumpy and smooth, learning the basics and getting the right shots were a tedious process but once you’ve gotten over that hurdle, you have editing, coloring, lastly branding and presentation. Once you’ve ironed out your wrinkles you’ve still have to make sure the outfit looks good.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a photographer/videographer, I specialize in portrait and brand photography . I’m most known for my colorful personality, high energy, and reliable work ethic; i stay ready and never have to get ready. I am most proud to have takin’ photos for numerous celebrities, major local businesses, the best fashion shows, and high-end trendy fashion brands in my city. What sets me apart from other photographers is that I’m a very warm and outgoing person who love to make others smile and have a great experience with me. I don’t look at my muses as clients i see them as family and treat them as such; i also give my fam up to 50-100 photos fully edited because i love what i do. I pray everyday to always spread positivity and love as far as i can see!
What does success mean to you?
Success to me, means to act on your goals, and not give up. If i do something and it doesn’t go as planned, I’ll get up and do it again differently until i find what works.
