Today we’d like to introduce you to Danique Martin.
Hi Danique, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey has been anything but a straight line, but looking back, I can see how every experience has helped shape the woman and entrepreneur I am today.
I’ve always been ambitious and drawn to creating something of my own. About six years ago, I began pursuing modeling and content creation. I remember seeing other women featured in Voyage and thinking to myself, “One day, I would love to share my story there too.” At the time, I had no idea how or when that would happen, so being here now is truly a full-circle moment for me.
As my journey continued, entrepreneurship became a major part of my life. I became a notary public in 2020, and what started with me personally providing notary services grew into something much bigger. I built my local mobile notary business, expanded into a nationwide signing service company, and began helping and educating other notaries through training and community.
Along the way, I also stepped into the construction and facility maintenance repair industry and have built and grown that business alongside my team. That journey has challenged me to learn an entirely different industry, build relationships, manage projects and crews, and think bigger about the type of company and legacy I want to build.
What I’m most proud of is that I haven’t allowed myself to be placed in one box. I’m a mother, an entrepreneur, a business owner, a content creator, and a woman who still has dreams in fashion and modeling. I’ve learned that I don’t have to abandon one part of myself to build another.
Today, I’m continuing to grow my businesses, educate and create opportunities for others, build my personal brand, and pursue the dreams that have stayed with me throughout the years. My journey has taught me that sometimes the things you once dreamed about are already making their way toward you while you’re busy becoming the person who is ready to receive them.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I’m a dreamer, and one of my biggest challenges has been getting out of my own way. There have been times when I’ve started and stopped because of my own thoughts, fears, or doubts.
What I’ve learned is that I don’t have to have everything figured out before I begin. The “how” will present itself as long as I’m taking massive action, continuing to believe in myself, and staying committed to the vision. I’m learning to trust myself more, overthink less, and keep moving forward even when I can’t see the entire path yet.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business began with providing mobile notary services within my local community and has since expanded into a nationwide signing service that connects clients with professional notaries across the country. In addition to serving clients, I’m passionate about educating and supporting other notaries through training, mentorship, and community.
What sets my work apart is the emphasis I place on professionalism, reliability, and relationships. I understand that behind every appointment is a person, a family, a business transaction, or an important life moment that deserves care and attention.
What I’m most proud of is the growth. What started with me personally accepting appointments has evolved into creating opportunities for other notaries and building something that can serve clients beyond my own city and state. For me, the bigger vision has always been about more than completing a transaction—it’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, and showing others what is possible when you are willing to start before you have everything figured out.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’m always open to meaningful connections, partnerships, and opportunities to collaborate. I welcome opportunities to connect with title companies, law firms, lenders, estate planning professionals, healthcare organizations, structured settlement companies, and businesses in need of reliable mobile and nationwide notary services.
I’m also interested in connecting with property managers, facility management companies, commercial businesses, real estate professionals, and organizations in need of reliable remodeling, repair, and facility maintenance services.
Beyond business services, I’m open to brand partnerships, modeling and content creation opportunities, speaking engagements, and collaborations that align with my values and vision. I believe relationships are a major part of growth, and I’m always open to connecting, collaborating, and building with others.
