Hi Shercoria, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
In 2020, I transformed my body & lifestyle through health and wellness. Liquid vitamins, cleanses, mushroom coffee, and healthy energy supplements helped me take total control of my health.
I was able to release 40 pounds by doing cardio and fueling my body.
Today, I service my community by helping them do the same. I solve people needs with health and wellness supplements and motivational mentorship on a daily basis . I speak at local churches, businesses, and seminars.
I’m building the life of my dreams through healthy living and helping others.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Being intentional and praying keeps me grounded and focused on my goals and mission.
As a woman of faith, I look to God for strength and guidance. As an entrepreneur and lifestyle coach, I implement my faith to ensure success and relatability.
I became a mom, a few years after starting my journey. Motherhood also pushes me to go harder and now reach a new demographic of people. My motherhood journey is beautiful because I show moms how they too can be all things fit and financially free through faith and hard work even as a mom.

I’m known as Tootie Got Tea in my community. I share my inspirational lifestyle journey, scriptures, and motivational quotes to inspire and motivate men and women that is on a healthy lifestyle journey.
I am a mom, special education teacher, health and lifestyle coach as well as a motivational speaker. My ability to successfully manage my roles while inspiring and motivating sets me apart. I AM TOOTIE GOT TEA! I constantly share “Tootie’s Tea of The Day” by posting inspirational videos and pictures to keep my followers engaged and inspired.

Faith and belief is important as an entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve had to have faith in God knowing that my supplements and my leadership will help my community take control of their health although I live in a top ranked obesity state,Alabama.
I took the risk and stood in faith knowing that I can shift the mindset and atmosphere when it relates to Alabama being a top ranked obesity state. The change starts with me.
